excellent location, convenient check-in process, charming local decor

The bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Poor ventilation and soundproofing issues made for an uncomfortable stay, not to mention the inconsistent Wi-Fi was quite a hassle at peak times!!!

filthy bathroom

uncomfortable bed

i was seriously tempted to give a good review, but the filthy bathroom with mold and the uncomfortable bed really ruined my stay. can you believe no one even offered an upgrade for all the trouble? it's like i was just another guest, not the VIP i deserve to be, absolutely disappointing!

Totally recommend for a quick layover

Spacious room, cozy atmosphere, with a powerful air conditioning that was quite beneficial during my stay and an excellent location just a 10-minute stroll from Roma Termini to explore the surrounding area effortlessly.

friendly staff

tasty breakfast

welcome house is a great spot for seeing all the major sights. we were close to the trevi fountain and colosseum. the staff was super accommodating, even preparing our room for us early. breakfasts of croissants and rolls were a nice touch too!

I had a lovely time enjoying the spacious room and the delicious breakfast choices every morning. There’s a nice cozy lounge area and a lovely garden where you can unwind. The room felt a bit dim due to its window, but that actually helped me get a good night’s sleep! 💤
